I've been unicycling for three years now, and what started off as a difficult way to get to the other side of my driveway has turned into a full on obsession. Since 'going pro' (joining up with the local circus) I'm more serious than ever, and I can't wait to meet everyone in Nova Scotia for what is sure to be the best ride ever.

I started riding unicycles in late fall of 2005 on a frozen lake in Northern Saskatchewan. I started riding more frequently in the winter of 2007 when I bought a 26" MUni then I heard about RTL and started modifying my unicycles for speed. I bought a 36er but unfortunately before it arrived a crash on my way to class prevented me from riding it for many months. I just finished a 2-year diploma program to become a Forest Ecosystem Technologist and am applying for Registered Professional Forest Technologist. I am currently working as the director of St. John Bosco Wilderness Camp.

Where to start. Well the big news is I opened the unicycle.com store for Canada... Before this I got my start in Gymnastics, coached then went off and joined the circus. After falling in love with a art form that took all the skills but had no rules - just creativity. I opened Velocity Motion Werks school for circus arts in Calgary. From here my interest in combining acrobatics & unicycle resulted in a dozen young riders. They have motivated me to see the sport grow. I am not a long distance rider but I would love to support this event.
