Day 0. We all meet up at Lars place, and got the Uni’s adjusted and ready for day 1. Lars and Nils got new Unicycles that needed a little cut off the seat post etc. After a quick test ride it was time to start looking at the map, and plan out a rout for the next day.
Getting up at about 6.45 having a hard time waking up and get ready to go. But at 8.15 we was heavy dressed to the temperature just under freezing. We started hitting the coast line bike route north to Helsingør, average speed was still relatively low at about 16 km/h. we continued about 10 km. north of Helsingør to Hornbæk where we started to hid the small roads along Esrum Sø (Esrum Lake) whit the direction direct back to Lars’ house for lunch. Getting back at about 12.30 for a nice chickenpie for lunch (Thanks to Lars wife, Heidi) The cycle computer was now showing 61 km, and we was just done whit 2/3 of the ride for the day. After a short brake we went back on the saddles and this time we went south on the coastline bike route. After being outside in the could weather all day, we started to feel a little tired. After finishing almost another 30 km. we was back home.

The planning of the route of the day happened over breakfast. From looking at the maps from the day before we decided to ride south and around Lyngby sø (Lyngby Lake), and back to a warm lunch. Starting out slowly to get warmed up, going back on the coast line route. Weather was still relatively nice, but the temperature was still around freezing. After riding around the lake on a rather wet dirt track, we went back to Lars’ to get warmed up and to have lunch. Doing the afternoon we did the last 30 km, on a ride to Helsingør and back. The total distance of the day was 90,8 km.
